Belmont Party's Rental Policies
- All rentals are for 1 day use. Items can be delivered the day before
and picked up
the day after (excluding Sundays and Holidays.) During the busy season,
we may deliver 2 days before and pick up 2 days after. We will confirm this with you.
- We make every attempt to insure the quality and reliability of the
equipment we rent. If there is a problem with the equipment, please
call our office.
- Deliveries are made during our normal business hours. If you need
special times for deliveries or pick ups, please call our office.
- Our prices are for ground floor delivery during normal working
hours. For deliveries other than ground floor, or after hours, please
call our office.
- Delivery charges vary depending upon geographical area. If the delivery is
to be made outside of the immediate St. Louis area;

- There is no credit for unused items once delivered.
- You are responsible for the rental equipment while it is in your
possession. Please insure it's protection from weather and theft.
- Additional use and shortages may be charged to you.
- Every effort is made to fill your order exactly as you requested. If
circumstances beyond our control prevent us from doing so, we
reserve the right to upgrade the quality or find a substitute product.
- All equipment is to be broken down for pick up. For health purposes,
china, glassware,flatware, and chafing dishes must be rinsed. An
additional charge may be assessed if items are not rinsed.
- Tent rentals require a contract and a 50% deposit. If the rental is
canceled more than 30 days before the use date, the deposit will be
returned. Without a contract, we cannot guarantee you a tent.
- For Insurance reasons Employees are not permitted to move household furniture.
